Pairs well with: Whole Wheat Rosemary Pizza Dough
Yields 3 cups
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1-28oz. can Tomato puree
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1) Over medium heat, heat oil in sauce pan until hot.
2) Add all ingredients, cover and bring to a boil.
3) Uncover, lower heat and allow to simmer 30 minutes.
Note:
Store leftover sauce in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
